Народився 3 серпня 1982 року у Чернівцях.

Закінчив Чернівецький національний університет ім. Ю. Федьковича (2004 р., спеціальність: правознавство, кваліфікація: магістр), Львівський регіональний інститут державного управління Національної академії державного управління при Президенті України (спеціальність: державне управління, кваліфікація: магістр).

Займався різними видами спорту. Останнім часом – гравець аматорської хокейної команди «Чернівецькі Пінгвіни», з якою у сезоні-2009/10 здобув «срібло» у Регіональній хокейній лізі.

– 07.2005 – 07.2007 – головний спеціаліст відділу у справах сім’ї та молоді Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації.

– 07.2007 – 12.2007 – в.о. директора Чернівецького обласного центру соціальних служб для сім’ї, дітей та молоді

– 12.2007 – 04.2010 – директор Чернівецького обласного центру соціальних служб для сім’ї, дітей та молоді

– 04.2010 – до цього часу – начальник управління у справах сім’ї, молоді та спорту Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації

Громадська робота:

– 09.1999 – 06.2004 заступник голови профспілки юридичного факультету Чернівецького національного університету ім. Ю.Федьковича.

Одружений. Разом із дружиною Альоною (13.04.84) виховують доньку Ксенію (15.05.2010 р. н.)
