Чернівецька міська рада пропонує потенційним інвесторам взяти у безкоштовне користування (довгострокову позичку) терміном на 15 років басейн із спорудами загальною площею 676,10 кв. м, а також побудувати плавальний басейн на Парковому проїзді.

Нагадаємо, що міськрада вже пробувала віддати басейн у довгострокову позичку у 2013 р. OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA(за «в.о.мерства» Віталія Михайлішина), але тоді інвесторів не знайшлося. Умови, на яких басейн та споруди пропонуються у довгострокову позичку, ніби не дуже змінилися, тож можна припустити, що і цього разу навряд чи буде черга із бажаючих інвестувати в цей проект.

Звісно, хотілось би, щоби знайшлися інвестори і для відновлення роботи басейну біля стадіону «Буковина» (з інфраструктурою), і для будівництва басейну на Парковому проїзді… Але якщо бути реалістами, і зважаючи на те, що мова все-таки про соціальні об’єкти з низьким рівнем самоокупності (особливо в наших реаліях), можливо, варто було йти на максимально можливі покращення умов цих інвестиційних пропозицій, аби зробити їх реально привабливими для представників бізнесу…
