Новий юніорський рекорд Чернівецької області в приміщенні на дистанції 800 м становить тепер 1.51,76. Саме такий час показав на міжнародних змаганнях у Дюссельдорфі (Німеччина) 18-річний студент Чернівецького кооперативного економіко-правового коледжу Тарас Бибик (ЦОП, офіційний партнер – гуртівня «ПАККО»).

Вихованець Галини Лобоцької та Ольги Бибик, який останнім часом тренується у Києві під керівництвом Віталія Приходька, біг у фіналі Б, де фінішував шостим з результатом 1.51,76. Перед ним розташувались Тамас Казі (Угорщина) – 1.48,98, Моххамед Аман (Ефіопія) – 1.49,21, Арнуд Оккен (Нідерланди) – 1.49,27, Олівер Вогель (Німеччина) – 1.50,43 та Ронні Хек (Німеччина) – 1.51,64.

Фінал А виграв Боац Лаланг (Кенія) – 1.46,00. Цікаво, що шостий у головному забігу Матеас Клаессон (Швеція) показав гірший результат, ніж буковинець, – 1.51,87.

Зазначимо, що це були дорослі змагання. А нашому здібному бігуну у березні виповниться лише 19 років.

У Дюссельдорфі 11.02.11 Тарас Бибик встановив новий юніорський рекорд в приміщенні на 800-метрівці – 1.51,76. Попередній рекорд, як повідомила майстер спорту Олена Парнета, яка займається відновленням рекордної статистики обласної легкої атлетики, був набагато скромнішим і належав Сергію Кізимі з Кіцманщини – 1.55,07 (17.02.10, Суми).

Юніорський рекорд України в приміщенні на 800-метрівці станом на 2005 р. («свіжіших» даних не вдалося знайти на сайті ФЛАУ) належав Олегу Лобанову – 1.49,91 (23.02.02, Суми).

А ось дорослий рекорд Буковини в приміщенні титулованого Івана Гешка є і рекордом України – 1.46,49 (20.02.2005, Афіни).
