17 вересня 2010 р. на стадіоні чернівецької ДЮСШ №1 у парку культури і відпочинку ім. Т. Шевченка уп’яте відбувся відкритий «Олімпійський урок», в якому взяли участь учні декількох місцевих шкіл, а почесними гостями були олімпійці Іван Гешко і Тетяна Мунтян.

Цей традиційний пропагандистський захід організований спільними зусиллями Чернівецьким обласним відділенням НОК України, міським управлінням освіти, та управлінням у справах сім’ї, молоді та спорту Чернівецької ОДА.

Після веселих естафет та показових виступів вихованцям чернівецьких спортшкіл чемпіон Європи і світу з бігу на 1500 м Іван Гешко (учасник трьох Олімпійських ігор) та дворазова чемпіонка світу зі стрільби з лука Тетяна Мунтян (учасниця Олімпійських ігор-88) вручили юним учасникам дійства олімпійські презенти від НОК України.

Символічно, що Іван Гешко завітав на «Олімпійський урок» не сам, а з дружиною Олесею та старшим сином Тарасиком, який захоплено спостерігав за естафетами та показовими виступами.
