У парку ім. Т. Шевченка у Чернівцях з 20 грудня 2012 р. працюватиме група здоров’я з лижного спорту, яку веде майстер спорту СРСР.

 

Відродженням лижних традицій займається багаторічний викладач фізвиховання Чернівецького національного університету ім. Ю. Федьковича, майстер спорту СРСР з марафону Олександр Громик.

Минулого лижного сезону Олександр Дмитрович облаштував декілька трас на горі Цецино, де надавав лижі на прокат та кваліфіковану інструкторську допомогу. А також пропонував, разом із облентром «Спорт для всіх», землякам брати участь спортивно-масових заходах.

Тепер ініціативу п. Громика підтримали парк культури і відпочинку ім. Т. Шевченка, той же обласний центр «Спорт для всіх» та ДЮСШ №1, яка надала йому кімнату в приміщенні «маленького стадіону», розташованого на території парку.

Нині Олександр Громик готує траси довжиною 2 км.

Отож, з 20 грудня можна приєднатися до лижної групи здоров’я. Дні роботи: вівторок, четвер, субота, неділя з 10:00 до 16:00. Прокат лиж – на згаданому стадіоні ДЮСШ №1.

Орієнтовно на 25 грудня заплановані змагання відкриття лижного сезону.
