Народився у 16.02.1962 р. в селі Іванківці Кіцманського району в родині колгоспників.

Після закінчення ПТУ №3 працював провідником у поїздах дальнього слідування (з дворічною перервою – під час служби в армії).

Рік пропрацював слюсарем-ремонтником на комбінаті килимів «Флоаре».

Протягом чотирьох років працював слюсарем-сантехніком в ЖЕП №3, потім покрівельником в ЖЕП №4.

Згодом почав займатися бізнесом і створив декілька фірм. Очолював ТОВ «Надіна ЛТД», ТОВ «Бізнес-центр «Буковинський».

У 2005 році був призначений керівником Регіональної приймальні Президента України в Чернівецькій області.

З 2006 року і по теперішній час – голова ТОВ «Бізнес-центр «Буковинський».

Патронує з моменту створення ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚ивний клуб «Гешко», який підтримує ряд провідних спортсменів краю, Ñ” засновником спортивного інтернату в Кіцмані, співорганізатором Міжнародних змагань «Буковинська миля», Шоу-програми «Зірки естради – зіркам спорту», Конкурсу «Міс спорт Україна» та інших резонансних заходів, ініціював передачу в комунальну власність міста території дослідної станції за онколікарнею по вул. Червоноармійській (Героїв Майдану) для облаштування там спортивно-оздоровчого парку.

Освіта – вища. Закінчив юридичний факультет Чернівецького національного університету, Чернівецький торговельно-економічний інститут КНТЕУ, Національну академію державного управління при Президенті України.

У 2002, 2006, 2010 і 2015 роках обирався депутатом Чернівецької міської ради.

Заслужений працівник сфери послуг (2006 р.).

З 2015 р. – голова Чернівецької обласної федерації легкої атлетики.

Одружений. Має двох доньок.
