Заслужений тренер України зі стрільби з лука чернівчанин Олег Осипенко, якого нещодавно обрали головою тренерської ради Федерації стрільби з лука України, вважає, що в нашій країні перші кроки реформи сфери фізичної культури і спорту є помилковими.

У телевізійному інтерв’ю «Чернівецькому променю» особистий тренер титулованої олімпійки Лидії Сиченикової, зокрема, зазначив:

«Якщо ми говоримо, що нині перехід на клубну систему… Зараз це дуже актуальна тема. Централізоване фінансування спорту, можна сказати, закінчується. Кажуть, мовляв, ви всі маєте шукати спонсорів, якось шукати батьківські кошти, Ñ– це «клубна система». Ну, не знаю. Як у нас «Болонська система» не прижилась, як вона в Європі працює, в навчанні, в університетах, так само у нас клубна система вже пішла «наперекосяк». З того, що я знаю – неправильно Ñ—Ñ— зрозуміли. Я наприкінці 90-Ñ… на початку 2000-Ñ… працював у декількох клубах в Європі. Я би сказав так, що дитина, яка приходить в секцію, ні про що не думає. У неї вже все забезпечено. Є матеріальна частина, Ñ” великі клуби, доволі заможні. І діти Ñ– їздять на змагання, Ñ– купують їм матеріальну частину за рахунок клубів. Звідки гроші беруться? Держава виділяє на федерацію кошти, на кожну федерацію з видів спорту, а федерація розподіляє. Залежно від очок, який клуб здобуває. Кожне місце в якійсь номінації переводиться в очки. І залежно від цих очок розподіляються кошти. І тренера в клубі або президент клубу сам визначає, де йому здобувати більше очок, відповідно, вкладає у відповідний напрям. І приходять діти – життєрадісні. Не приходять додому потім Ñ– не розказують: «Мама, мені тренер сказав щось купити». Все необхідне є…»
